outside a church in portobello. it made me wonder, why does jesus always look so miserable? like he's really really sad. why? i don't think i've ever seen him smile in my whole life. depressing.

Why do you think Jesus looks so sad? What do you think would make him smile?
Don't forget, unlike your profile photo, Jesus never did a self-portrait. It's other people that make him look miserable.

This completely reminds me of a Jesus statue that I've always wanted to take a photo of outside a church in town. He's perfectly positioned in front of a parking space and when vacant, it totally looks like he's guiding you in.

Agreed. Bloody miserable. And I bet he'd agree. Went looking to find Him, and he's out there, but so are a whole bunch of fruit lubes too.
